Dacra has transformed a once-abandoned area of Miami into a community dedicated to art and design. Today, the Miami Design District is home to art galleries, design showrooms, artist lofts, design and architecture firms, media companies, retail, restaurants and urban residences, as well as internationally renowned cultural events. Tenants include Cassina, Driade, Vitra, Kartell and Latin Grammys.

On a monthly basis, the Miami Design District hosts an array of cultural, art and design presentation as part of its ART + DESIGN Night (2nd Saturday of each month). Dacra is in the midst of implementing $250 million expansion in the District, which will bring a boutique hotel to the neighborhood and dramatically increase the District’s retail, commercial and art exhibition space. The expansion includes buildings by Enrique Norten, Keenen/Riley and Abalos & Herreros.
