David Holtzman


David Holtzman is the Vice President of Dacra Corporation, a Miami-based creative real estate company committed to building neighborhoods united by creativity, design and commerce. David is responsible for the oversight of all company-wide development and property management activities, to which he brings over 12 years of relevant experience.

David has played a major role in the creation and implementation of Dacra's re-development and new construction projects over the past 7 years which include Aqua; an 8.5 acre residential project situated on the southern tip of Allison Island, Tuttle Street, and the recently finished Oak Plaza and new Dacra headquarters in the Miami Design District. As a Florida Certified General Contractor, David serves as the Vice President and qualifier of Dacra's construction arm, Mobius Construction, Inc.

Prior to joining Dacra, David was the Dade County Land Manager for Lennar Land Partners, the land division of Lennar Homes Inc. He previously spent time with Lennar's homebuilding division where he was responsible for the development and construction of several thousand buildable lots, single-family and multi-family homes.

David has sat on numerous senior architectural juries including both the Walter Chatham Architects program, and the Allan Schulman Architects program at the University of Miami's School of Architecture. Currently, he serves as chair of the building committee for the Institute for Child & Family Health, assisting them in the implementation and construction of a new $10 million medical facility in Miami.

David received his Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
